About Agency Plans
In the TextingOnly platform, the Agency Plan differs from other plans in one main way: the account structure is set up to include subgroups.
What are subgroups?
Subgroups allow the separation of clients and customers by defined criteria – all within a single account.
With the Agency Plan, a business can maintain one single account and then add unlimited subgroups (clients, locations, etc.). Each subgroup can be managed separately, allowing the main business to help maximize client/location ROI while keeping overall operations simple.
Subgroups in the TextingOnly platform are flexible in that they can be defined in whatever way that makes the most sense for the main account. For example:
- Subgroups can be defined by client (e.g. a marketing agency with multiple clients)
- Subgroups can be defined by location (e.g. an auto dealership with 12 different locations)
- Subgroups can be defined by region (e.g. a franchiser with franchisees in different regions of the U.S.)
With the Agency Plan, all advanced features of the TextingOnly platform are available for all subgroups. The overall subgroup setup of the account is to allow the main account to easily segment campaigns while only maintaining one core TextingOnly account.
