Accessing Leads:

1. Navigate to the LEADS section of the dashboard.

Lead Categories:

• Started Leads: Prospects who opted in but didn’t complete all questions.
• Partial Leads: Prospects who answered some questions but didn’t finish the entire sequence.
• Completed Leads: Prospects who answered all questions in the collector.

Lead Details:

• Name: Name of the person associated with the phone number.
• Answered Questions: Responses to the questions in the collector.
